If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any Pricing Plan that You purchased with Us.


Refunds are applicable within 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) of purchasing the plan.
To be eligible for a refund, your account balance must have unused credits. 

Credit Refund

Refunds will be processed in credit. The conversion rate is 10 Credits = 10 API calls. Each API call costs $0.0015.

API Call Basis

Refunds are calculated based on the number of API calls that can be made from unused credits. For instance,

If a user buys 50 credits (50$ = 50,000 API calls) and starts using the API calls, the refund calculation will be based on the unused API calls. In the case of a refund within the eligible period, the user will be refunded the equivalent of the remaining API calls.


  • User buys 50,000 Credits (50,000 API Calls).
  • 20,000 API calls are used.
  • Refund calculation: 50,000 - 20,000 = 30,000 API calls.
  • The user will be refunded the equivalent of 30,000 API calls, i.e., $45 (1 API call = $0.0015).

Refund Procedure

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your account details and the reason for the refund. Refunds will be processed within 10 days after the refund request is approved.


No refunds will be issued for accounts with no remaining credits. Refunds are applicable only to the unused portion of the purchased credits.
