Refund Policy for Sensfrx (Authsafeassure Intelligence Pvt. Ltd.)

Our refund policy was last updated on Nov 27, 2025. Thank you for choosing our solution. We strive to provide you with the best experience. The following terms are applicable for any pricing plan that you purchased from us.


Scope and definitions

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions (monthly and annual) purchased for Sensfrx by business customers (“Subscribers”).

Capitalized terms such as “Subscription”, “Trial Period”, and “Fees” have the meanings given in the Terms of Use.


Free trial and first charge

  • New Subscribers are entitled to a 30‑day free trial starting on the date of opting for the plan during initial registration, during which no Fees are charged.
  • At the end of the 30‑day Trial Period, the subscribers shall be automatically moved to the Free plan unless a paid plan is chosen explicitly.

General refund principle

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance and, except as explicitly stated in this Policy, all Fees are non‑refundable.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically entitle the Subscriber to a refund of Fees already paid.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly plans, including the promotional plans, may be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing month

Refunds for monthly plans are only provided in the following cases: 

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by Sensfrx.
  • Verifiable technical failure of the Service that prevents all use for at least 7 consecutive days, where Sensfrx is unable to restore service within a reasonable time after notice.
  • Payments proven to be unauthorized or fraudulent after investigation.

Annual subscriptions

Annual plans are prepaid for a 12‑month term and priced with a discount compared to monthly plans

Subscribers may cancel an annual Subscription, including the promotional plans, at any time, and access will continue until the end of the then‑current term; no refunds or credits are provided for unused months, except as described below.

Refunds for annual plans may be granted only when:

  • Sensfrx materially breaches the Subscription Agreement and does not cure within 15 days of written notice.
  • There is a documented, continuous Service outage attributable to Sensfrx lasting more than 7 days in a contract year, meaning the Service is unavailable to all authorized users and no reasonable workaround exists.

In such cases, Sensfrx may, at its discretion, issue a prorated refund or account credit for the period of verified non‑availability.


Lifetime Deals

For Lifetime Deals purchased via third‑party platforms or marketplaces, refunds (if any) will be processed in accordance with the applicable platform’s refund norms and procedures.


Exclusions

No refunds are provided for: 

  • Change of mind, lack of use, or failure to cancel before renewal.
  • Issues caused by Subscriber’s infrastructure, third‑party systems, or breach of the Terms.
  • One‑time, non‑recurring charges such as onboarding, setup, implementation, or custom development fees.
  • Taxes, bank fees, or currency conversion costs charged by payment providers.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, the account owner (or authorized representative) must email [email protected] from the registered email address within 2 days of the charge, including account details, invoice number, and a clear description of the issue.

Sensfrx will review the request and notify the Subscriber of approval or denial within 5–7 business days; approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to the payment provider’s timelines.


Chargebacks and disputes

Subscribers agree to first use the refund process described above before initiating any chargeback with their bank or card issuer

Sensfrx reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that initiate illegitimate or abusive chargebacks, and to contest such chargebacks with supporting evidence.


Changes to this policy

Sensfrx may update this Refund Policy from time to time; the current version will always be available at sensfrx.ai/refund-policy and becomes effective upon posting

Material changes will be communicated to active Subscribers via email or in‑app notice where legally required.
